We are committed to providing high-quality amulet jewelry and comprehensive after-sales service guarantee for every customer. To this end, we have established detailed one-year free warranty service terms to ensure that you enjoy worry free service support after purchase.
1、 Warranty Overview
Talisman Jewelry (hereinafter referred to as "we") provides comprehensive warranty services for every amulet jewelry sold. Our goal is to provide you with maximum confidence and satisfaction during the purchasing process. This warranty policy applies for a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of the order, as well as for a period of 12 months after we have repaired or maintained the jewelry.
2、 Customized Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the customized amulet jewelry you receive, we will provide a free opportunity to modify or remake it. This service is limited to situations where the design, craftsmanship, or materials do not match the description in the agreement. If there are additional modification requirements or personalized adjustments beyond the original scope, additional fees may be required.
3、 Lifetime manufacturer warranty
We promise to be responsible for the craftsmanship quality of every piece of jewelry. We provide a lifetime warranty service for any structural damage caused by manufacturing defects, such as welding fractures, loose fittings, etc. This warranty does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, human damage, accidents, or improper use.
4、 Certificate of Authenticity Guarantee
All precious metals (such as gold, platinum, platinum), diamonds, and gemstones that we sell are made of genuine materials and clearly indicate their type, condition, and quality in your proposal agreement. If non genuine products are found, we will take full responsibility and replace them with genuine ones for you.
5、 Warranty for lost gemstones
Within the first year after you receive the amulet jewelry, or within the first year after we repair/maintain the jewelry, if a small gemstone (worth less than $100 per piece) on your jewelry breaks, falls off, or falls out of the set, we will replace it with a gemstone of the same type and specification for you free of charge.
Attention: This warranty does not apply to gemstone damage caused by external impact, improper wearing, self disassembly, or daily wear and tear.
6、 Return and repair process
To ensure a smooth repair process, please strictly follow the following steps:
1. Submit a repair request
Log in to the official Talisman Jewelry website and enter the "Customer Service" page to submit a repair request.
Fill in relevant information, including order number, problem description, and photos (if necessary).
2. Receive return instructions
We will send detailed return instructions via email within 48 hours of receiving the application, including return address, packaging recommendations, and precautions.
3. Prepare the return package
Put the product that needs to be repaired into a safe packaging and attach a copy of the completed return form (including order number, name, and contact information).
Choose a prepaid shipping method with tracking function to send back the product.
4. Upload tracking number
After sending out the package, please log in to your account and upload the tracking number so that we can follow up on the processing progress in a timely manner.
5. Professional testing and maintenance
After receiving the product, we will conduct a professional inspection to confirm whether it meets the warranty conditions.
If it meets the warranty requirements, immediate repair or replacement of parts will be arranged; If it does not meet the requirements, we will notify you of the specific reasons and provide a solution.
7、 Transportation and Packaging Guidelines
Freight cost: The round-trip transportation cost of the product during the warranty period shall be borne by the customer. We recommend choosing a reliable courier company.
Packaging requirements: Please use shockproof and waterproof packaging to avoid secondary damage during transportation. Talisman Jewelry is not responsible for damages caused by improper packaging.
Delivery method: Delivery services with tracking numbers must be used. Packages without tracking information will not be accepted.
8、 Warranty Qualification Review
Talisman Jewelry reserves the right to conduct a professional inspection upon receipt of returned products. If the following situations are found, it may result in the cancellation of warranty eligibility:
Used by non original buyers;
The product has been modified, disassembled or repaired without authorization;
There is obvious human damage, abuse, or exceeding the normal wear and tear range;
The repair request does not match the actual product status.
