Guidelines for a Seamless Return · To ensure a smooth process, please observe the following: * Authorization: Please submit a request through your account to receive our "Service Authorization" email before shipping your item back. * Pristine Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unaltered state, complete with all original tags, certificates, and brand packaging. * Complete Return: Any promotional gifts included with the order must be returned to maintain the integrity of the offering. * Correct Destination: Please use the specific return address provided in our authorization email to guarantee safe arrival.

III. Regarding Bespoke & Special Creations · Due to their unique nature, the following categories are not eligible for return or exchange: * Personalized Pieces: Items with custom engravings, patterns, photo inlays, or "Design Your Own" combinations. * Tailored Specifications: Custom-sized rings or non-standard products made to order. * Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" and any products altered or damaged after delivery.

IV. Understanding Fees & Refunds · Processing Timeline: We will complete the inspection within 5-7 business days of receiving your package. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. · Shipping Costs: For returns initiated due to personal preference, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. · Duties & Taxes: For international orders, the import duties and taxes (DDP) prepaid by us are remitted to local customs and are non-recoverable. Therefore, these prepaid duty amounts will be deducted from the final refund. · Refurbishing Fee: A 15% refurbishing fee applies to 10K, 14K, 18K Gold, and Platinum pieces returned for non-quality reasons to cover professional inspection and re-polishing. · Our Commitment: If a return is due to our error (defects or wrong item), we will cover all associated costs, including return shipping and prepaid taxes.
