Talisman Jewelry - Warranty Policy

We believe that exceptional jewelry is defined not only by its initial beauty but also by its enduring companionship and reliability. Therefore, Talisman Jewelry provides a comprehensive warranty to ensure your talisman jewelry continues to shine brilliantly through time.

1. Warranty Overview
Talisman Jewelry ("we") provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty on all authentic talisman jewelry, commencing from the date of order delivery. This warranty also applies to jewelry that has been repaired or maintained by us, with a new 24-month period starting from the completion date of the repair.

2. Customization Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your customized jewelry upon receipt, we promise one free modification or remake. This guarantee applies to discrepancies in design, craftsmanship, or materials as specified in the customization agreement. Requests exceeding the original agreement may incur additional charges.

3. Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty
We take lifetime responsibility for the quality of our craftsmanship. For any confirmed manufacturing defects (such as structural failures like broken solder joints or loose prongs), we provide free lifetime repairs. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or issues resulting from unauthorized handling.

4. Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee that all precious metals (e.g., Gold, White Gold, Platinum), diamonds, and gemstones match the type, purity, and quality declared in the sales proposal. If any item is verified not to be authentic, we will replace it with a genuine piece unconditionally.

5. 2-Year Gemstone Secure Warranty
For a period of 2 years from delivery (or 2 years from the date we complete any repair/maintenance), if any small accent gemstone (individual value under $100) on your jewelry cracks, becomes loose, or falls out of its setting, we will replace it free of charge with a gemstone of the same type and specifications.
Please note: This warranty does not cover gemstone loss resulting from impact, unauthorized modification, improper wear, or normal wear and tear.

6. Warranty Claim Process
To ensure efficient processing, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit Claim: Log in to our official website www.talisman.jewelry, go to the "Customer Service" section to submit a repair request. Provide your order number, problem description, and relevant photos.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will email detailed return instructions, including the return address and packaging guidelines, to info@talisman.jewelry within 48 hours.

  3. Secure Shipping: Pack the item securely (using shock-absorbent materials) and include a completed return form with order details. You must use a trackable shipping service; shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  4. Upload Tracking: After shipping, upload the tracking number to your account promptly so we can monitor the package.

  5. Inspection & Repair: Upon receipt, we will conduct a professional inspection. If the claim qualifies, repairs will commence immediately. If not, we will inform you of the reason and propose a solution.

7. Shipping & Packaging Notes

  • Shipping Costs: Round-trip shipping for warranty services is the customer's responsibility.

  • Packaging: Use secure, shock-resistant, and waterproof packaging. Damage incurred during transit due to inadequate packaging is not covered under warranty.

  • Tracking: Using a trackable shipping service is mandatory. Parcels without tracking information may not be processed.

8. Warranty Eligibility
Talisman Jewelry reserves the right to professionally inspect returned items. Warranty coverage may be voided if:

  • The claimant is not the original purchaser;

  • The product has been altered, disassembled, or repaired by an unauthorized party;

  • There is evidence of misuse, accidental damage, or damage exceeding normal wear and tear;

  • The repair request misrepresents the actual condition of the product.
