Certificate of Authenticity

This certificate verifies that all metals, diamonds, and gems in the jewelry piece you purchased from www.talisman.jewelry have been delivered as specified in the item proposal.

Material Specifications
The term "as specified" above refers to:

• Metals: Your jewelry is stamped with hallmarks specifying the metal type, minimum purity, and our trademark. For example, a "14K" stamp indicates a gold alloy consisting of no less than 14 parts gold to 10 parts other metals.

• Certified Diamonds & Gemstones: For diamonds and gemstones sold with a certificate (e.g., issued by GIA, AGL), we guarantee that the gem you received is the one specified in the certificate and possesses the characteristics described therein, based on the issuing authority's best judgment.

• Non-Certified Diamonds & Gemstones: For diamonds and gemstones sold without a certificate, this certifies that we have delivered the gemstone by its type (e.g., Diamond, Sapphire, Emerald) and indicated whether it is natural or lab-created. More specific grading characteristics (e.g., AAA, AA) for non-certified stones are not covered by this certificate.

Replacement Terms
If your item was not delivered as outlined above, we will, at your request, replace the non-conforming item with one that meets or exceeds the promised characteristics. Alternatively, www.talisman.jewelry reserves the right to request the return of the item in exchange for a refund of the original purchase price.

Filing a Claim
If you file a claim under this policy, you must allow us to:

• Inspect the piece and any assessment upon which you base your claim.

• Have an independent laboratory inspect the jewelry, including removing any diamonds or gems from their settings if necessary for examination.

Warranty Conditions
This certificate is subject to the following conditions:

• It does not cover characteristics of design or finish; it pertains solely to the authentic representation of metals, diamonds, and gemstones.

• Metal tarnishing and skin reactions to metal are not evidence of inauthentic material. Precious metals used in jewelry are susceptible to tarnishing due to exposure to chemicals, chlorine, skin, or air. Some individuals may develop a green residue from contact with sterling silver or have an allergic reaction to nickel present in standard white gold alloys.

• The condition of any diamond or gemstone will be determined using standard gemological techniques employed at the time of purchase, including inspection at no more than 10x magnification.

• This certificate refers to the authenticity of the item at the time of shipment and excludes damage occurring after the shipment date.

• The precision for any diamond and gemstone measurements is within a tolerance of +/- 0.05 mm and +/- 0.05 carats.

• This certificate applies to the first purchaser of the jewelry and remains with the piece for its lifetime.

• This certificate is valid only for jewelry crafted by www.talisman.jewelry and purchased directly from the www.talisman.jewelry website.
